How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly in the app by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, Scenes, and all associated data.
How do I report another user?
Tap on a user's profile and select "Report." Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action. You can also email us directly at jacksonagreene@icloud.com.
Why do you require age verification?
Ark facilitates real-world in-person meetups. For the safety of our community, all users must be 18 or older. Date of birth is used strictly for age verification and is never shared with other users.
How is my location data used?
Your precise location is never displayed to other users — only general proximity is shown. We use location to power the Scenes feed and nearby discovery. You can revoke location access at any time in your device Settings.
I have a privacy-related request. Who do I contact?
